    “ConnectTimeoutException” error in PAW

    Just found something that others might find interesting. In Planning Analytics Workspace I got an error when I clicked a TM1 model name. The error was “ConnectTimeoutException”. The model had not been accessed before in PAW. What I found was that I had not added the HTTPPortNumber from tm1s.cfg into the Incoming exceptions on the TM1 server’s Windows Firewall. Once added, the ConnectTimeoutException error went away.
