Sti. created a centralized budgeting and consolidation framework — backed by IBM® Planning Analytics powered by TM1® software — that lets users plan and report quickly and easily using integrated financial data.

    Business Challenge

    KAZANCI HOLDING wanted to develop a group-wide, integrated financial budgeting and reporting solution to replace its manual and disjointed processes.

    Transformation

    Together with Planist, the business put in place a centralized planning, budgeting and consolidation platform backed by IBM Planning Analytics software.

    A few questions for you:

    1. How complex was the consolidation?
    2. Did you have any FX translation?
    3. If so, how did you handle the Foreign Currency Translation Reserve?
    4. Did you have any minority interests to manage?
    5. How did you manage intercompany transactions?
